The Scholarship Description

The Equity Scholarships for Bachelors Program: The scholarship is provided to support outstanding students experiencing financial hardship and other disadvantages to undertake an undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney. These scholarship and values are as follows:

• Appen Inclusive Al Scholarship in Computational Linguistics – $8,000
• Elevate Scholarship
• Ron Baumann Scholarship – $6000
• Scholarship in Engineering – $12,000
• Sydney Scholars Awards on Equity and Hardship Grounds – $6000
• University of Sydney Access Scholarship – $6000
• Walter and Eliza Hall Trust Opportunity Scholarship – $10,000

International student scholarships: For students from other countries undergoing either undergraduate, postgraduate coursework or a postgraduate research.

General Eligibility Criteria

Applicant must:

• be a domestic student (this includes New Zealand citizens) or an international student.
• demonstrate strong academic merit
• demonstrate financial hardship
• Apply to undertake either a graduate or post graduate course at the university.
