Skoltech Russia Masters and PhD Financial Aid

Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Russia is offering Skoltech scholarships for Master and PhD Programme. The scholarships is aimed at assisting internationally brilliant and financially incapacitated students to advance their studies at the university. It is also for a selected courses of study.

The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology was established in collaboration with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and located in Moscow Russia. Skoltech is an international graduate research-focused university that was founded by a group of world-renowned scientists in 2011. Skoltech’s curriculum focuses on technology and innovation, offering Master’s and PhD programs in technological disciplines. Students receive rigorous theoretical and practical training, design their own research projects, participate in internships and gain entrepreneurial skills. The programs at Skoltech are English-taught and its faculty is comprised of current researchers with international accreditation and achievements.

Benefits of Skoltech Russia Masters and PhD Financial Aid

Total Award number is 320 MSc and 95 PhD. The Scholarship duration will be 2 years (MSc) and 4 years (PhD). All students accepted into MSc programs will receive the following:

a tuition waiver (covering the full price of tuition) as well as
a basic starting stipend of 40k RUB (around 550 EUR; tax free) which goes to 55k RUB (around 780 EUR; tax free ) after proven performance for six months and (iii) medical insurance.

While those accepted into PhD programs will receive:

a tuition waiver (covering the full price of tuition) as well as
a basic starting stipend of 85k RUB (around 1200 EUR; tax free) which goes to 105k RUB (1500 EUR; tax free) after proven performance for twelve months and
medical insurance.

Eligibility

Applications are open to domestic and international students.
Applicants must be in their final year of their undergraduate studies or hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or Specialist degree) in one of the following areas of study: mathematics, technical science, applied science, physics, chemistry, biology, or related areas.
Additionally, they must have a record of success in their studies as well as knowledge of English.

Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarships in Germany

The scholarships are open to students from Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America who wish to pursue their Bachelor or Masters Degree program in Germany. A cash assistance of varying amounts will be awarded to successful applicants to support them in their studies. Scholarship Value The Université Paris-Saclay scholarship is €10,000 per year. It is paid by the establishment the candidate is registered in for the duration of the academic year, and for a period of no less than 10 consecutive months per year (September to June). A maximum of €1,000 for travel and VISA expenses is also awarded depending on the candidate’s country of origin. Among these students, only those who answer one of the following criteria are eligible to apply: Newly arrived international students, aged 30 and less during the course of the selection year. Students of foreign nationality living on the French soil for less than a year, previously or currently enrolled in a training course or internship that does not lead to certification. Students of foreign nationality living on the French soil for less than a year, taking language classes (type FFL). Students who have lived in France in the past, within the framework of a mobility programme during their studies (e.g. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees, exchange programme…) that did not lead to certification. How To Apply To be considered for the master scholarships, students must first be admitted to a Master’s Programme offered at Université Paris-Saclay.
