Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarships in Germany

November 3, 2023Applications are hereby being welcomed for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarships in Germany. The scholarships are open to students from Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America who wish to pursue their Bachelor or Masters Degree program in Germany. A cash assistance of varying amounts will be awarded to successful applicants to support them in their studies. Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarships is part of DAAD scholarship for international students who are applying for a Postgraduate Degree studies in Germany. Each year up to 40 students are awarded FES sponsorships. They are paid a monthly amount of EUR 750 in Bachelor’s, Diploma, Magister, state examination programmes or EUR 850 or, respectively, when doing a Master’s course. Furthermore, costs for health insurance are funded and scholars with a child receive a family allowance of EUR 276. Students in any subject area are eligible to apply, if they demonstrate excellent school or academic merit, wish to study in Germany. Graduate Dean’s Merit Scholarship at University of Nevada in USA

Scholarship Value The Université Paris-Saclay scholarship is €10,000 per year. It is paid by the establishment the candidate is registered in for the duration of the academic year, and for a period of no less than 10 consecutive months per year (September to June). A maximum of €1,000 for travel and VISA expenses is also awarded depending on the candidate’s country of origin. Among these students, only those who answer one of the following criteria are eligible to apply: Newly arrived international students, aged 30 and less during the course of the selection year. Students of foreign nationality living on the French soil for less than a year, previously or currently enrolled in a training course or internship that does not lead to certification. Students of foreign nationality living on the French soil for less than a year, taking language classes (type FFL). Students who have lived in France in the past, within the framework of a mobility programme during their studies (e.g. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees, exchange programme…) that did not lead to certification. How To Apply To be considered for the master scholarships, students must first be admitted to a Master’s Programme offered at Université Paris-Saclay.
