The Flinders University, Australia offers a range of Higher Degree by Research(HDR) scholarships for a full-time study towards Masters by Research or PhD degrees. The opportunity is one of the ways the university attracts educationally higher achievers and research enthusiastic students from around the globe.
The application for the scholarships is strong as they are awarded on academic merit and research potential and in recent years successful applicants have held first class Honors degrees or equivalent.

Scholarship Values
The scholarships covers tuition fees, living allowance which amounts $27,082 (2018 rate), and an establishment allowance of up to $1,485.
The scholarship is tenable for up to three years for a Research Doctorate degree and up to two years for a Research Masters degree.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Higher Degree by Research entry, generally, you need a university honors degree or a postgraduate qualification with a significant research component.

To apply Higher Degree by Research(HDR) scholarships, applicant are required to apply for an HDR admission while they select the scholarship they wish to apply as part of the application process.
